The Southern Initiative (TSI) is a unique proposition for Auckland; it provides an opportunity for Auckland to take a “geographic community-of-place” approach to creating both social and economic change in one of its areas of greatest challenges and opportunities.
Our team worked alongside social change leader, Gael Surgenor and the team at the TSI to develop a strategic framework, business case, and activation plan for a focused investment in the South, initially focused on the area of skills, employment and early years, in order to achieve significant social and economic outcomes for the whole of Auckland.
